This site uses the PHP $_GET feature to be able to know what you are trying to find. For example, when you type: index.php?q=ebooks, and the index script is parsed the script will know you are looking for ebooks, and after a 30 second wait so you can dwell in your noobie-ness, you are redirected to google with the search terms: "ebooks".
